- Author registration fee includes publication cost.

- Each one-day registration package includes access to the proceedings, keynote and workshops, lunch, and coffee breaks on the registered day.
- An invitation letter or a visa support letter for your visa application will be issued after your registration upon your request in the registration process.
- If you have special meal needs, please let us know when registering.
Paper Information / Rules for Journal papers, Conference papers, VisNotes, and Workshop Papers (VisMeetsAI, VA4MDS)
- Each paper must have at least one full registration (student or non-student).
- Each full registration is valid for one paper.
Posters, Visual Data Storytelling Contest
- Each paper must have at least one registration.
- The registering author does not need to be the paper presenter.
